Budapest - Hungary

My grandpa was hungarian, and my roots are there. Unfortunatly, i have only been once when i was a baby to visit my sick great grandma. She died few months after that, and she was really happy to be able to see me, hold me, and feed me as a baby. Unfortunatly, my father never had the strenght to go back ever since her death, so i've never returned. Now that i am an adult, i really want to go back there, not onlny in Budapest but also visit the family's house in Sárvár.

I would like to connect to the people there, even talk with a grandma if possible; I want to learn about the country, the history, the culture, the food... I don't know much about it, and it is a shame. I also would like to learn the language. My father says i have a good pronounciation of the words, and quite frankly i see it.

From Paris, i can get a 41 euros plane ticket in May. A night in a hostel is around 25 euros. A transport ticket is apparently around 5 euros (???)
